Double decker sandwich. Toasted oat bread with coconut oil spread on each side.
Bottom part: hummus, cave aged blue cheese, red kale, avocado, black beans, and pepper.
Top part: Trader Joe’s goddess dressing, sliced cherry tomatoes, and blue corn tortilla chips.

Venison burger nestled in red kale leaf topped with feta, shrimp, and avocado on a roll that sucks. Don’t even look at it. Use a different kind of roll if you want ro make this. I didn’t have any choice with this one. Amazing potato salad made with white vinegar, fresh lettuce from the garden, fresh basil from the garden, red onion, pepper, and australian pink salt.
